Rental is from 11 am to 11 pm for our 12 hour package or from Friday 11 am -Sunday 11 am for the 48 hour package which includes a groundskeeper, parking attendant, and golf cart transportation for your event. Skeet shoot, wedding coordinating, and recommended vendors are available upon request.

    Yes, we do offer payment options.

  • What is Your Payment Policy?

    A $1,500 deposit is required to lock in your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but does go toward your balance which has to be paid in full one week prior to your event.

  • When Does Rental Begin?

    Rentals begin at 11 am to 11 pm for our 12 hour package or from Friday 11 am -Sunday 11 am for the 48 hour package.

  • Can I Bring My Own Caterer?

    Yes, you can bring your own caterer.

  • Is There a Difference in Price Depending on Date?

    No, our prices are consistent year-round regardless of days of the week or time of the year.

  • Can We Sell Alcohol?

    No, you must hire a TABC licensed bartender to serve any alcohol.

  • Are We Allowed to Use Sparklers?

    Yes, as long as there is no burn ban or fire ban in place. 

  • Can You Accomodate Physically Challenged Individuals?

    Yes! We are handicap accessible.

  • Are There Any Other Events Scheduled On the Same Day?

    No other events will be scheduled; we understand how important this day is for you and your families and you will have our- and the facility’s- undivided attention.
